和牛焼肉 中嶋屋本店
もう２月になろうというのに
やっと職場の新年会が開かれた。
今回は、前から気になっていた
和牛焼肉の「中嶋屋本店」。
長細いお店の掘りごたつタイプの席に着くと、
BGMはジャズが流れている。
お店もまだまだきれいだし、期待できそう。
注文したのは、3,800円、5,800円、7,800円のうち
一番安いコース。
３品盛ってある（１品はサービス）前菜からスタートし、
肉はすべて牛で、牛タン塩、牛ロースねぎ塩、牛カルビ、牛ホルモンと続く。
いやぁ、いい肉使ってるよ、この店
カルビ以外は味がついているのでたれは必要なし。
そのたれも３種類準備され、好みに合わせて、つけて食べる。
肉もさることながら、
ごま油と韓国海苔が特徴のチョレギサラダや、
３種類の自家製たれ、ダシのきいた赤だし
さらにはデザートの杏仁豆腐、
どれも手抜きは一切ないと感じた。
あえて言うなら、量が少ないことか。
少食のワタシにはちょうどいいボリュームだったが、
物足りなさを感じる人は少なくないと思う。

焼き肉屋で３８００円て、
高いイメージがあるかもしれませんが
牛肉のコース料理だと思えば、
随分安く感じます。
実際、これだけの料理、味で、この値段は
私的には、ごうかっく！です。
デザートの杏仁豆腐も、好みの味でした。
