蕎麦 春風荘
友人宅に行くときに偶然見つけた
蕎麦の「春風荘」。
目立つ看板はなく、落ち着いたたたずまいが
とても気になっていたので、
先日、立ち寄ってみた。
後で知ったのだが、ネットでググると、
名古屋市内では有名な蕎麦屋らしい。
店主は、千葉県柏市の知る人ぞ知る名店「竹やぶ」で修行したという。
「なるほど、この味は！」と、知ったかぶり、
ワタシ、竹やぶ、行ったことありません・・・
さて、この日注文したのは定番の「せいろ」。
蕎麦は喉越しがいい、
ツユは薄めだが辛さはある。
名古屋にしては、なかなかの店、
また時間をつくって訪れることにしよう。
