日本料理 後楽荘
岐阜の懐石料理の老舗といえば、思い浮かぶのが「日本料理 後楽荘」。
友人は、岐阜で一番、金華山、岐阜城が美しく見えるお座敷があるという。
そこで、このお座敷に入れてもらった。
静かにクラシックが流れる空間、
仰ぎ見ると、日本庭園の向こうに岐阜城が。
なかなか感動ものだった。
料理は、四季折々の厳選された材料を使い、贅を尽くした懐石。
美しくて、箸をつけるのが惜しい。

今の季節にふさわしい一品、お見事です。
