やめられない、とまらない「茹で落花生」
落花生を皮ごと塩茹でにする、その名も「茹で落花生」。
わが家では、同居の母が家庭菜園で落花生をつくっており、
この時期になると、毎晩のように食卓に載る。
食事の後でも、つい手がのびて、食べ始めると止まらなくなる。
落花生を茹でて食べるという食習慣は、私の地域では当たり前だが、
全国的には珍しいようだ。
Googleで検索し、いろいろ調べてみると、
塩茹でが一般的なのは、千葉、岐阜、静岡の一部の地域だけだった。
こんなにおいしいのに、どうしてもっと普及しないのだろう。

いつも食べるのは冷凍食品の茹で落花生なんですが
自分宅で作って食べたら、もっと美味しいんだろうな～
